Topic

I have decided to do Essay #4: Public and private based on abortion. Do you guys think this is a good topic? how do you guys feel about this? are you a supporter or opponent of abortion?. Write a few comments please, this would help me with ideas on my paper.

    Abortion is a good topic yes, but are you able to write about your personal experience with abortion? Such as a friend or relative having to choose whether or not to get an abortion for an unborn baby? Remember to complicate the issue rather than using the overused to where it lost it's meaning argument of: "You're killing off a soul/ living thing".

    Also, I'm an supporter of abortion as it's not a forced system. It's up to the individual to choose whether or not they want to abort giving birth for personal reasons, such as: financial limits, intervening with education, etc.

    Personally I am against abortion because I believe a life is a life no matter how small or how big. I know that many women do have a choice and a having a kid is a big responsibility but i always think that another option is adoption. There are women/couples out there that can't have children. This is just a thought, personally I have never know anyone that has come to this difficult choice. This has been and probably will always be a controversial topic and I think its a good topic to write about.
